A sales rep called Omer emailed a catalogue of nail manicure and pedicure tools and instruments to my company here in the UK. I ordered 21 samples to the tune of £64 GBP to check quality before ordering.

The package arrived a couple of weeks later containing only 4 items, 2 of which I did not even order, no paperwork, invoice or anything. I raised a dispute which took weeks to progress and got nowhere.

Omer at sharpinst.com kept trying to get an order BEFORE he would send the samples I had already paid for.

I could not get the remaining samples I ordered nor a refund. So I did not make a significant order in the end. I am so glad we paid by PayPal and raised a dispute.

Buyer beware: They are unprofessional, do not deliver, rip you off and have extremely poor communications and customer care that does not even pretent to exist. My view is this is a one man band as they would not produce images of the factory and when I asked to speak to a manager this could not be arranged.

Was also contacted by Omer who was very pushy to get the money for the samples without even confirming with me what samples he would be sending!

Thanks for this, I decided to do a google search on them and this came up.
